Where is check in for Concerts & Special Events at The Mount?

Once across the footbridge south of Lot 2, follow special event signage to head towards The Mount.  Please have your confirmation QR code ready upon arriving.

Can I buy tickets at the park or do I have to purchase ahead of time?

We highly recommend purchasing your tickets prior to visiting as this will expedite your check-in process.  However, you can purchase tickets on-site. 

Is it ADA accessible?


Can I bring in my own Food & Beverage?

Outside beverages are not permitted within The Mount lawn for ticketed events.  We have non alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, and snacks available for sale.  All bags are subject to search.

Can I arrive early?

“Doors” to the lawn will be stated on the website per each event.  We recommended arriving 30-45 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking to check-in. 

Can I smoke or vape in the park?

No, The Forge: Lemont Quarries is a smoke-free venue.

Can I bring in coolers?


Can I bring in outside alcohol?

Nope. We will happily take your alcohol and donate it to our Forge team outings.

What is seating like?

Seating is first come first serve unless otherwise stated.  We recommend guests bring their own chair or blanket to sit on. 

Are chairs provided?

Nope. BOYC! Unless otherwise stated for VIP seating areas.

What if it rains?

We are a rain or shine venue.  In the event of severe weather situations, The Forge reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel special events.

Can I get a refund on the ticket I purchased?

All ticket sales for special events at The Mount are final, we hope you enjoy the event!

If I leave the event is there re-entry?

There is no re-entry to ticketed events at The Mount unless otherwise stated on event materials.

Are umbrellas permitted?

Handheld umbrellas are permitted, but large canopy umbrellas are not.

Are tents permitted?


Where should I park?

Please refer to your confirmation email & website event details for best parking instructions.  In some cases guests may be directed to auxiliary lots and be shuttled in. 

Can I tailgate?

No. Security will be present in parking lots. 

Is there camping?

Not yet!

What COVID-19 protocols are in place?

The Forge: Lemont Quarries implements the Restore Illinois COVID-19 guidelines as they are updated for outdoor recreation parks & amphitheaters. Please refer to our website for the most up to date precautions.

Where do I check in for VIP tickets?

Please follow park signage indicating VIP check in areas. There will be a separate line at the main entrance for VIP tickets.
