Yes, parking is free. We offer 3 lots: Parking Lot 1 (across from our Climb & Zipline Adventures), Parking Lot 2 (across from our grab-and-go restaurant, kids zone, laser tag, water/paddlesports, and outdoor amphitheatre), and Overflow Parking. Additional parking can be found in Downtown Lemont, where you can check out the downtown retail & restaurants.

As an innovative leader in outdoor recreation, The Forge: Lemont Quarries is a state-of-the-art adventure park designed to deliver unique year-round outdoor activities, concerts, special events and more for adventurers of all ages and abilities.

• There are multiple public transportation options available within close proximity to the park.
• Approximately half a mile from the park is the downtown Lemont Metra Heritage Corridor station, which runs a very limited weekday schedule.
• In addition, the BNSF line, which has a more consistent train schedule, stops at Downers Grove, approximately 6 miles from the park.
• We encourage guests to check with their preferred public transportation systems to confirm daily schedules and availability.

• The safety and security of our guests is a top priority at The Forge: Lemont Quarries.
• While there are inherent risks in outdoor recreational activities and extreme sports, we provide guests with the instructional skills training and equipment they need to safely engage in activities.
• All guests are required to read and sign a waiver prior to participating in any activities at The Forge: Lemont Quarries.

• We encourage bringing along your refillable water bottles! The Forge has multiple water refill stations placed around the park.

We are a cashless operation. We are currently credit card swipe/chip pay, as well as debit only.

• The Forge: Lemont Quarries is a dog-friendly facility.
• Dogs must remain on leash and with their owners at all times.
• The Forge: Lemont Quarries is not responsible for injured or lost animals.
• Guests are fully responsible for their dogs and must clean up after their four-legged friends!

Fishing is allowed on all but the Forge Quarry, however a valid fishing license is required. There are also several quarry lakes throughout the Heritage Quarries Recreation Area.  Find out more details on the Fishing Activity page on our website.
