Combine your map and compass to find designated markers in the park and make your way through the course to win with the lowest elapsed time! This is an excellent activity for team and group events!

Where To Check-In

Park in Lot 2 -walk across the East Footbridge, enter the park, and check-in at the Paddlesports/Kids Adventure Zone area.

Orienteering Information

Orienteering is for everyone. When you arrive at the Orienteering Check In, choose the map best for your level. Pick a beginner, intermediate, or difficult course. 
Each map kit includes an orienteering map, compass, pencil, and drawstring bag. Play as a family, group, or team of up to 6 people. A Forge staff member will provide an introduction to the activity and help you use your map and compass.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress in layers appropriate for the weather.​

Great place for a birthday party! Kids loved the park and staff were amazing and helpful! The staff were very tentative to keeping the park clean and safe for all of the kids. Amazing fun! I’m a mom and made it through the ropes, zip line and the climbing wall! This is a place for the whole family.

We had the best time and will definitely be back. All the employees were so polite, kind and helpful. You can spend all day and you wouldn't get to do everything. We brought our Junior girlscout troop and they all had a blast.
