For more than 25 years, Terrapin Flyer has been a powerhouse of the national music scene, renowned for their faithful yet adventurous interpretations of Grateful Dead classics.

Originally formed in 1999, the band has built a storied legacy through long-term collaborations with Dead legends like Melvin Seals, Vince Welnick, and Tom Constanten, earning them a spot in Rolling Stone’s “Guide to the Grateful Dead.”

By blending tight musicianship with free-flowing improvisation and a deep reverence for jazz, blues, and bluegrass, the current lineup—featuring Josh Olken, Wavy Dave, Jon Reed, Michael Cole, and Doug Hagman—channels the authentic spirit of a true Dead show where every performance is a unique, soul-stirring experience.
