Assistant Recreation Manager (Ropes Course)

Assistant Recreation Managers are key members of the Recreation Department’s leadership team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the park. You will oversee ropes course procedures, act as Manager on Duty, and provide guidance to staff to ensure a safe, high-quality experience for all guests. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who models professional standards and excels in risk management and customer service.
Assistant Recreation Manager (Explorer)

Assistant Recreation Managers for Explorer Activities support daily operations by coordinating programs and acting as a primary responder in emergency scenarios. This role involves overseeing staff breaks, identifying staffing needs, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of all Exhilarate activities. We are looking for professional leaders who are inclusive, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and guests.
Seasonal (Summer) Part-Time
Recreation Supervisors are the backbone of The Forge, supporting the leadership team while facilitating daily operations and staff rotations. You will act as a Leader on Duty, assist with activity maintenance, and serve as a “floater” to fill operational gaps as needed. This role requires exceptional decision-making skills, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work calmly under pressure both at height and on the ground.
