About Our Chef
Born and raised in Lemont, Brian Goldsmith has always had a passion for food. At just five years old, he was already helping his father at the grill, and by fourteen, had already secured his first job at a restaurant. After graduating from Lemont High School, Brian attended Robert Morris University for Culinary Arts.
Afterward, Brian spent a few years traveling the east coast as an executive chef, learning so much about the art of food. In 2021, Brian finally came home to Lemont to become our renowned chef at The Forge. We are pleased to have him, and you will be too!
